For the rotor part, because of the particularity of rotor rotation during motor operation, the firmness measures of rotor related parts are particularly important.

In the process of rotor dynamic balance, the matching and riveting of balance column and balance weight is a very key link, because the problem of balance weight falling off due to poor handling in this link is more concentrated; Another problem is that for large-scale motor rotors, internal fan balance measures are involved. Some motor manufacturers use screws and nuts as weighting balance elements, but do not take necessary re reinforcement measures, which is also a very big quality hidden danger; For other fixation, if the rotor is involved, the necessary anti loosening measures must be in place, such as adding welding reinforcement on the original basis.
